EXCHANGES AND RETURN (RIGHT OF RESOLUTION)

The User, in the event of a consumer, may exercise the right of resolving without being required for any compensation, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the good. The product has to have the affixed, accompanied by all accessories and has not been used, washed or altered.

Products that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as exchange/return and will automatically be sent back to the address of origin without prior consultation and with freight charge.

According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, in exchanges / returns made in the online store, the customer has 14 (fourteen) days, after receiving the order at the address chosen by the customer, to be able to carry it out.

The consumer must within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of communication of the resolution return the goods to Art d Amour under the appropriate conditions of use.

For an exchange / return to be carried out successfully it is mandatory the item be delivered in its perfect condition (without having been used, washed or having odors), in the same way as it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, labels, hygienic protector and protective covers. No exchanges/returns are made of altered, washed, used, or in any way damaged by misuse.

To return the product, you must send an email to info@artdamour.com and we will send you all the steps, such as the address to which you must send the order.

As mentioned above, the packaging must be returned complete, as delivered and accompanied by all documentation received, in particular, the following documents: sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product.

Upon receipt of the return at Art d Amour, the User will be returned the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the product (value of the sales invoice). If you have used a promotional discount code, this amount will not be refunded, i.e. the refund will only be for the amount actually paid. The costs of shipping costs will be substracted, according to the means of payment used. The method of refunding the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used in the respective order. In the case of credit card payments PayPal, they are credited to their accounts. In other cases, when NIB information is provided, a refund is made to the indicated bank account. Otherwise, the refund is made by check to the billing address. The refund is made up to a maximum of ten (10) days after receipt of the free-to-redare and receipt of the return of the goods.

In the absence of any of the components of the item sold or, if any of them is not in excellent condition, there will be no refund of the price or postage, and the product will be sent back to the initial shipping address.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT

In the event of a “manufacturing defect”, i.e. when faults are detected in products that, in principle, do not fall within the scope of the respective warranty, the User must return the product, together with a copy of the invoice and the form “Exchange Request / Return of the Product” completed, within a maximum of 30 consecutive days from the date of the invoice, to the following address:

If you choose other forms of return, your shipping costs will be your responsibility.

In order for the product to be exchanged, you must ensure that the packaging is complete (box, product, labels, hygienic protection) containing all the components that constitute it, in excellent condition.

In the absence of any of the elements mentioned above, or if any of the components are not in excellent condition, there will be no exchange, and the product will be sent back to the User.

The resolution may be distinguished in the following ways: repair, exchange, discount on the price or return with refund. However, it does not establish an order to activate each of these solutions. Therefore, the consumer may opt for one, provided that it is possible and is considered reasonable. For example, in the face of a small defect, repairable with a quick and simple intervention, it is not reasonable to require the replacement of the good. The warranty count is interrupted during the reparations. If, for example, you are deprived of the good for 2 weeks, you can ask to extend the period for that period. During each repair, it is not deprived of the good for more than 30 days in a row. Whatever solution you find, you will not be charged any kind of transportation, labour, material or other expenses.
